When will I get my order?
Since this is a custom-made pillow, we need about 5–6 business days to create it. After that, your order will arrive within 15 business days.
Return & Replacement Policy
All our products are custom made, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect photo uploads. All sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48–72 hours with photos and your order number. We will provide a free replacement or store credit based on the situation.
Customers are responsible for uploading clear, high-quality photos for custom products.
Orders cannot be refunded or replaced due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Make sure to double check your information.
